Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) across the country are celebrating the 19th annual National CRNA Week, January 21-27, 2018. A unified mantra 'Quality and Excellence in Anesthesia Care' speaks volumes to what these registered nurses bring. Help us recognize their profession's long history and enduring record of patient safety. Thank you to all the CRNAs!
Nurse anesthetists are advanced-practice registered nurses who administer more than 43 million anesthetics in the United States each year. They practice in every setting where anesthesia is available. CRNAs are the sole anesthesia professionals in a vast majority of rural hospitals. They've also been the main provider of anesthesia care to U.S. service men and women on the front lines since World War I. Health Carousel Locum Tenens currently staffs CRNAs at many government facilities like VAs and Indian Health Service facilities."
One of the many rewards of staffing CRNAs is knowing that we fill a very real healthcare need to ensure a pain-free and safe anesthesia experience for patients all over the country," said Terri Ball, Health Carousel Locum Tenens recruitment team leader. "I'm proud to be a part of delivering the right provider to the right facility, making healthcare work better."
Health Carousel Locum Tenens connects travel CRNAs to facilities in need of qualified staffing solutions. If you are a CRNA interested in pursuing a travel position, check out our available jobs now.
