Headspace

This wonderful resource offers meditation to help healthcare providers deal with stress, sleep issues, anxiety, and more.  In order to subscribe, you will simply provide your NPI number. If you do not have an NPI number, you can provide information to verify credentials.

Fitness Blender

It is no secret that exercise boosts your mental health. Fitness Blender is offering 600 free at-home workouts as well as healthy recipes and tips to become a healthier person.  Just create an account (no credit card needed) and you will instantly have access to many resources.

Talkspace

This app is offering free therapy for healthcare providers. You will need your NPI or work badge to sign up.

Down Dog

While the name is a yoga term, Down Dog also offers HIIT, Barre, and 7-minute workouts.  All of these classes are free to healthcare providers until July 1.
